Flowery aroma with pale golden liquor, a mellow taste with a hint of sweetness. A slightly fuller white with the subtle characteristics of a fine Oolong, light body with no astringency. Leaves will cold-infuse and makes a very nice chilled tea however we do not recommend it as an iced tea prepared in traditional methods. Icing this liquor tends to diminish flavor and aroma.
