This sencha may change the way you think about sencha! Enough body to stand up to stir fry or tempura yet sweet enough to be enjoyed with sushi. Will cold infuse for a lovely cold tea. We do not recommend serving cold teas over ice however as they will dilute and the water in the ice will change the flavor of the tea.
